Later in 1955, the company created its first branch in Madrid, which they follow a branch in Málaga, Palamós, Alicante, and Palmas de Gran Canaria. The company also established a delegations located in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura in Spain. The company divides its activities as an importer/exporter and as a distributor of newspaper, magazines, books and other publications. The company's activities include: the distribution of Spanish newspaper as well as foreign newspaper in the Spanish territory; the distribution of local publication in the regional markets of Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Palamós, Alicante, and Palmas de Gran Canaria; and the distribution of Spanish and foreign books, maps, guides and dictionaries in Spain. Aside distribution, the company also offers subscription of magazines to companies and individuals in Spain and other countries. It has been considered as the leading company in the distribution of books and magazines in Spain. The company has its registered head office in Sant Boi de LLobregat in Barcelona, Spain.
