The company, with headquarters in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Spain, is the only television set manufacturer in the European Community that produces an extended range of products, starting from small sizes up to big size television sets for OEM. The company manufactures and distributes sound or video recording or reproducing equipment, television in general. It was established in 1994 when the Dutch multinational company Philips decided to close down its television sets factory, located in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona). By then, a group of managers under the leadership of the telecommunications engineer Joaquin Badenas, took over the share capital of Philips and established the company. The company used to belong to the Philips group, and became an independent company since 1994. It exports approximately 80 percent of its production and provides optimal logistic conditions through the advanced infrastructures of road, sea and airways to all European countries. The company's range of products include models from 14 to 29, including the models: 15, 21 and 29 Real Flat, as well as LCDs and DVDs. It offers more than 30 different models for several brands. Besides, its own capacity and the electrical and mechanical development allow it to manufacture and offer products with exclusive designs.
