The company is engaged in marine cargo handling. It was incorporated in the year 1993 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Sant Boi De Llobregat, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the activities directly related to marine cargo handling from the time cargo from a vessel, arrives at shipside, dock, pier, terminal, staging area, or in-transit area until cargo loading or unloading operations are completed. It also transfers cargo between ships and barges, trucks, trains, pipelines, and wharfs. In addition, the company has active interests in the operation and maintenance of piers, docks, and associated buildings and facilities.
